The SurveilCam® Privacy Policy describes how SurveilCam® treats personal information when you use the SurveilCam® app (the "App") and the SurveilCam® web site (the "Site").

What Information Is Collected?

The information that is collected when you use the App is a generated device identifier and IP address. Information that is collected while using the Site includes your IP address, computer operating system, browser version and language setting, screen resolution, and referring URL. This information is used to help diagnose server issues, to provide statistics/usage traffic information, and to stop malicious behavior when using the App.

Content Shared using the App

The App makes use of Dropbox if the users enables such. The privacy notice of Dropbox govern the use of your personal information associated with them. SurveilCam is not responsible for the privacy policies or your adherence to the terms of use on Dropbox. You agree that submitting any personal information to this service in conjunction with SurveilCam, even if voluntarily disclosed, is your responsibility. You are also encouraged to review the Terms of Use.


The Site and the App employ the use of "cookies," web beacons, and log file information to: (a) store information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your next session; (b) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed; and (c) track your activity (eg: how many photos have been taken). This information is solely used to improve the App.


SurveilCam may ban your device ID and/or IP address from using the App, for any reason at its sole discretion without prior notice. In addition, you may remove the app from your iOS at any time.
